By default the recipient pays on delivery. Business accounts can choose to be billed for duties instead, so the recipient receives the shipment with nothing to settle.

How long does customs clearance take?

Most shipments clear within a few hours of arriving in the destination country. Clearance can take longer where the goods need inspection or an import licence, and your tracking shows the status throughout.

What documents do I need to provide?

For most shipments, an accurate description of the contents and their value is enough — we generate the rest. Regulated goods may need a licence or certificate, and we tell you at booking if that applies.
