How much do I need to ship to open an account?

There is no hard minimum. Negotiated rates start to make a material difference from roughly twenty shipments a month, but an account is worth having earlier for the invoicing alone.

What are the payment terms?

Standard terms are 30 days from invoice date, subject to a credit check. We can arrange different terms for larger accounts.

Can I give my team separate logins?

Yes. Each person gets their own login under the account, and you control what each of them can do.
